• Monthly deposits will be automatically charged every month to the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. 
• All payments will be banked into your account for use toward Vitalify services at any time.

• Most aesthetics treatments are designed to be used consistently across a long period of time. Why not save some money in the process?
• We don’t have to tell you that these treatments work: our patient results speak for themselves.

• Any remaining funds will remain in your account for future use. Refunds are not available, but your banked funds will never expire. You can apply them towards aesthetic treatments at any time. 
• Upon cancellation, all program benefits, including discounts, will cease immediately at the end of the 30-day cancellation period. If program membership is terminated, future purchases will be charged at the standard rate.

• Vitalify Vault funds and benefits can be applied to any aesthetics treatment at Vitalify Aesthetics. 
• Our members most frequently use them for ongoing Botox, Daxxify, Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, and Sculptra injections, as well as collagen-stimulating treatments like microneedling, Moxi laser, and chemical peels.

Program members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to dupont@vitalifymedspa.com at least 30 days in advance.
